Return Policy – Metis Koleksyon

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed

• With original tags and packaging

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

• Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom items

• Accessories (due to hygiene reasons, unless defective)

 

2. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at [Insert Email Address] with:

   • Your order number

   • Item(s) you want to return

   • Reason for the return

2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

3. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
